Unrestricted Online Access Empowers YOU

One of the best things about working with FAC is that we have nothing to hide. In fact, we give you the power to monitor your investment performance and transaction history as often as you like. Our partnership with Folio Institutional gives you 24/7 real-time access to your individual Models and overall Allocations. You can view holdings and run performance reports anytime you like, from any mobile device. You can also access tax and transaction information. In addition, every month you will receive an email with a link to your monthly statement.

To access your accounts through our website, simply select Client Services from the menu bar and choose View Your Account. Then choose the link entitled View Your Folio Account. You will be prompted to enter your username and password, which you will receive from FAC as soon as you open an account with us. (Your username, once issued, cannot be changed, but you may change your password anytime by clicking on Profile from your Folio Institutional account page.)

What If You Have Accounts Held with Multiple Custodians?

If you have accounts held with multiple custodians, you can access your consolidated statement 24/7 through our website by clicking on Client Services in the menu bar and selecting View Your Account. Then select the link entitled, View Your Consolidated Holdings. This takes you to Albridge Wealth Reporting, which shows all your accounts on a single statement, including those held with Folio Institutional and those held with other FAC-sponsored custodians.

For First-Timers:

Follow these three easy steps if you are accessing the Albridge system for the first time.

1) Once you enter the site, click on Registration.

2) Enter your username, which is the Social Security number of the account owner (no-dashes).

3) Enter your password. The temporary password for all new clients is: 648CLIENTS. Once you have entered the Albridge system, you can change your password by clicking on My Accounts.

Once you are registered, Albridge will begin regularly sending you an email link to your consolidated quarterly reports. This link will come during the second week of each month immediately following the end of a quarter. We’ve built our website to provide you with an excellent resource for further understanding your investments and our wealth management process. But we understand that technology will never replace the one-on-one advisor/client relationship that provides the basis for all successful wealth planning. Your advisor will be more than happy to personally assist you in reviewing your account(s) anytime. Remember they — and we at FAC — are just a phone call away. 

Online account statements are meant to provide our clients with convenience and cost efficiency. If you wish to have your monthly or quarterly statements mailed to you, just let your advisor know and FAC will make it happen. (A monthly fee of $12.50 will apply.)
